Rex grumbled to himself as he walked up to the counter as the young woman set the platter of food down onto the counter. "Thanks." He said, walking back over to their table, dropping the tray onto the table. "Yes, now we can eat finally!" He said as he sat down in his chair.

"I-....," Rex paused mid-sentence, his expression changing from excited to puzzled, "... don't know." He shrugged his shoulders, "It's reeeaaally confusing to explain." He concluded with a sigh, "So, who are these people?" He asked, pointing to Kevin and Gwen.

Rex pulled the half-eaten banana out of his mouth, "Where did you get this from?" He asked after he had finished chewing. But, apparently it didn't matter too much, because he still ate the rest of it.
